Tian Tong Star in the Friends Palace
The short version
Tian Tong in the Friends Palace means gentle, easygoing friends and excellent popularity. But Tian Tong governs dependence — watch for friends who hold you back or cost you money.
Archetype × life domain
Tian Tong represents ease, emotional warmth, enjoyment, and the ability to make people feel comfortable. A useful analogy is the community-builder or morale-keeper whose strength is human connection; the challenge is becoming too comfortable to push through friction.
Traditionally called the Servants Palace, this area is more naturally read today as your wider network: friends, coworkers, collaborators, direct reports, and the kinds of social ecosystems in which you operate.

Friends, colleagues, subordinates, and cooperative bonds.
Classical context
Tian Tong belongs to Water, the fourth star of the South, master of the Wellbeing Palace. Transforming into blessing, it delights in auspicious stars that add fortune and grace — honest by nature, refined in appearance. It fears not the assault of Qi Sha, nor the entanglement of any fierce star.
